Please allow one additional business day for orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.

If we need to verify or update any order details (such as a shipping address), processing may take an additional business day after the update is confirmed to ensure accurate delivery.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after shipment.

Tracking Updates (Important Note)

Tracking is provided via Royal Mail.

Please note:

  • Tracking may not update immediately after shipment
  • Updates may appear only once the package is in transit or reaches a local sorting facility
  • This does not necessarily mean your shipment is delayed

If an Order Is Late

If your package has not arrived by the latest day of the expected delivery window, please contact Customer Service with your name and order number, and we’ll take care of you.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, expedited shipping is not available for UK orders.
