1. Return Policy

We accept returns for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.

This return policy applies to purchases made through:

  • Keto-Mojo Store
  • Amazon

Important: Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed to qualify for a return.

Amazon Customers

If you purchased through Amazon, return options may vary depending on how your order was fulfilled. Please contact our Customer Support team for the best next step.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Support and include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Photo of the unopened, sealed product(s)

If your return request is approved, Keto-Mojo will provide:

  • a Return Authorization Number
  • return instructions

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Keto-Mojo-issued Return Authorization Number.
Returns sent without one will not be accepted.

Important Return Deadline (10 Days)

Once your Return Authorization Number is issued, your return must be shipped within 10 days.
To qualify, the return must be postmarked within 10 days of the date your Return Authorization Number is issued.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable items (eBooks, eCourses)
  • Free mobile apps

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If Your Return Is Approved

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the product is unopened and not defective, we refund the product cost only (shipping is not refundable).
  • If the product is confirmed defective, we refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it is processed.


5. Warranty

Our warranty applies to the original purchaser and the original meter only (no other products are included).

Warranty Registration Requirement

To activate your warranty, you must register your meter within 30 days of purchase.

After the 14-Day Return Period

After the 14-day return window, meters are eligible for replacement under warranty only.

Refund Eligibility Cutoff

No refunds will be issued after 30 days, even if the meter has not been used.

If Your Meter Is Defective

If your meter is confirmed defective, Keto-Mojo will replace it at no charge.
To verify the issue, we may request photo or video evidence.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact Customer Support and provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence (required for verification)

If your product is confirmed defective or damaged:

  • Keto-Mojo covers return shipping (if required) and replacement shipping
  • We will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation

Your rights regarding faulty or damaged products are also protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see Section 9 below for full details.


7. Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may return it following the return policy above.

Two return options may be available:

  • Gift credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

If you don’t have the order number, we can look it up using the shipping address or billing address.


8. Shipping & Return Costs

All shipping costs are non-refundable, including:

  • original shipping fees paid on your order
  • return shipping costs (unless the product is defective)

If you return an item or refuse delivery, you are responsible for:

  • return shipping costs, and
  • the original shipping charges

Both of which will not be refunded.


9. Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law

If your product is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may ask you to describe the issue, and a photo or short video can help us resolve things more quickly — though providing these is optional and we cannot make them a condition of your refund.

Within 30 days of delivery: if your product is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a full refund. You do not need to accept a repair or replacement instead.

Between 30 days and 6 months: if a fault becomes apparent, we will provide a repair or replacement at no cost to you. We will offer a replacement as our standard remedy. A fault reported in this period is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery — we are responsible for demonstrating otherwise if we dispute your claim. If that remedy is unsuccessful or cannot be provided within a reasonable time, you may then be entitled to a partial or full refund, or a price reduction.

After 6 months: if a fault becomes apparent, you retain the right to request a repair or replacement. However, you will need to provide evidence that the fault existed at the time of delivery — for example, a description of the issue, independent assessment, or evidence of a known product defect. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered. If a repair or replacement is provided and proves unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a partial refund, reduced to account for your use of the product.
